This article is a rough timeline for the events that have occurred throughout Silo. The timeline begins at Silo Year 0 (SY0), which marks the time after the rebellion; this is also the time-sytem used by the hard drive. This article does not detail the events of the Silo book series.

- Most of the relics and knowledge of the Before Times are destroyed.
- The Rebellion is quashed and peace returns to the Silo.[1]
- SY83
- Hanna Nichols is born on October 25.[2]
- SY97
- Jane Carmody is sent out to clean.
- Several repairs are made to the internals of the Silo, such as the stairwells.[3]
- SY102
- Allison Becker is born.[4]
- SY103
- Ruth Jahns is elected Mayor of the Silo.
- SY105
- Pete Nichols and Hanna begin a sanctioned relationship in the Silo.[2]
- SY108
- Pete and Hanna marry on June 12.[2]
- SY109
- Juliette Nichols is born.[2]
- SY112
- George Wilkins is born to Andrew and Anne Wilkins.
- George, Andrew, and Anne live in a two-bedroom apartment on level 76.[1]
- SY114
- George and his parents move to a three-bedroom apartment on level 78.[1]
- SY117
- Martha Walker leaves the confines of her apartment for the final time. She would not leave for another twenty-five years, before finally leaving in SY143.[5]
- SY122
- Jacob Nichols dies.[2]
- Hanna Nichols begins building a magnifying glass without the approval of Judicial. They begin to monitor her. The monitoring period lasts between February 28-July 20. Afterwards, the magnifying glass is destroyed by Judicial raiders.[2]
- Hanna commits suicide as a result. [2]
- Juliette Nichols leaves her father to work in Mechanical, where she finds an unlikely ally in Martha Walker.[6]
- SY126
- Allison and Holston Becker are married on May 5.[1]
- George Wilkins moves into a studio-apartment on level 42.[1]
- SY128
- Charles Martin is charged with the robbery of several apartments.
- SY130
- George Wilkins moves into a studio-apartment on level 68.[1]
- SY140
- Allison and Holston Becker recieve their third clearance to have a sanctioned child.[1]
- It is the 140th anniversary of the Rebellion.[1]
- Allison Becker asks to leave the Silo and is sent out to clean.[1]
- SY141
- George Wilkins requests a transfer to Mechanical.
- George also moves to a studio apartment on level 144.[1]
- George finds the cavern below the Silo and discovers the Digging Machine.
- SY142
- George Wilkins is killed after he falls from the railings on level 120. It is believed by Juliette that he is murdered.[1]
- Doris Kennedy charged with stealing and selling opiates, dies later in the year.
- Ralf Melby is charged with assault.
- SY143 (Current Year)
- Sheriff Holston Becker asks to go outside and is sent out to clean. He dies shortly after setting foot outside.
- Juliette becomes the new Sheriff of the Silo, much to Judicial's surprise.
- Mayor Ruth Jahns is murdered.
- Deputy Marnes is murdered.
- Juliette meets with Gloria Hildebrandt and comes into possession of several relics. Including the hard drive and Amazing Adventures in Georgia: A Travel Guide for Kids.
- Juliette broadcasts the video from the hard drive to all the screens in the Silo.[5]
- The hard drive is destroyed and Juliette is arrested by Judicial.[5]
- Juliette finds oit that George Wilkins comitted suicide.[5]
- Juliette makes a deal with Bernard Holland and agrees to go out to clean. When outside, she discovers that the visor is projecting a false reality.[5]
- In dramatic irony, the audience becomes aware that there is more than one silo.[5]
- Martha Walker leaves her apartment for the first time in twenty-five years. She last left in SY117.[5]
