Lukas Kyle is a talented IT technician who becomes an acquiantance of Juliette Nichols during her time as the Sheriff. He has a keen interest in the outside of the Silo, particularly fascinated with the stars, which he believes to be lights outside of the Silo. He often sits in the cafeteria drawing the starts and the constellations.
Lukas becomes endangered when his relationship with Juliette forces him to violate the Pact. Despite being aware that Juliette is in possession of a red-level relic, he does not report this to Judicial and as a result becomes an accessory to her crime[1].
