The Generator was a large mechanical structure that generated and provided the electrical power for the Silo. It was located in the Generator Room and stood at several stories high and generated power through steam convection. The source of the steam was unknown, but the generator was installed by the Founders.
The generator was overseen and maintained by the members of Mechanical.[1]
